About the kitchen area
The new space is located at 16 Hudson Place, Hoboken, and was recently renovated after being under construction for over a year. Part of the 19th century building, Newell occupies 5,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 40 people. Architecture firm Perkins&Will was behind the construction, along with Schimenti Construction Company, who both set out to create the optimal space for content creation. This includes soundproof ceilings, multi-layered lighting and complex audiovisual equipment.

The kitchen kicked off its first partnership at an exclusive launch event on April 4 with cooking sensation TikTok Jeremy Scheck.
