“Princeton is an idyllic town with a passion for good food and culture, which suits Taim perfectly and is why we chose it for our first New Jersey opening,” said Bethany Strong, COO of Taim, in a press release.

“The families, students and professionals who make Princeton a great place to work and live will love having the best Mediterranean cuisine in New York in their backyard! We are thrilled to meet everyone and be part of this amazing community. .”

On June 14, the restaurant will serve entrees for just $5 and will match each meal purchase with a meal for the Neighbors Kindness Project.

Renowned for its falafels, the restaurant is well known for its cauliflower shawarma, eggplant sabich, kebabs and more. Their menu also includes made-to-order stuffed pitas, bowls, mezes, bonfires and an array of house fries.

Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen currently has seven locations – six in New York and one in Washington DC.
