(and more).

Caraway

Of all the trendy cookware brands that have popped up in recent years, Caraway is one of the most popular. There are several reasons for this. First point: its products, which come in a range of beautiful but subtle colors, are chic but not trendy. (So they appeal to a range of styles.) Caraway cookware is also non-toxic and is designed to be easy to cook with, thanks to the naturally smooth surface of its ceramic coatings. It’s really no surprise that it caught the eye of stars like Mindy Kaling, Kate Hudson and many more.

Big Jones

Great Jones has cemented its position as the fun brand of the stylish bunch. Inspired by cookbook author and publisher Judith Jones, it launched in 2018 with her Family Style set and immediately made waves with its cheeky names and punchy yet stylish designs. Since then, he’s ditched everything from cookware to utensils, almost always with a bright, eye-catching color to boot. However, Great Jones products are not the only ones attracting attention. The brand has a collection of recipes and even has a “Potline” you can text for real-time cooking tips, making it a true one-stop-shop for all your cute meal needs.

our place

Even if you don’t have an Always Pan from Our Place, it’s almost guaranteed to be honored on your Instagram at some point. The brand’s flagship product (a multi-use skillet designed to replace eight traditional kitchen utensils) exploded onto the scene when it launched Our Place in 2018, and has since become a favorite of celebrities such as Cameron Diaz and Oprah. Along with these two notable fans, it also garnered 26,189 reviews and a 4.5-star rating on its site. Although it has since expanded beyond its star, the brand has remained a favorite with home cooks thanks to its simple, thoughtful designs and mostly understated colorways.

five two

Five Two is Food52’s product line – and yes, it’s just as chic as the rest of the store’s kitchen offerings. It’s not just the sleek, minimalist look of this brand that’s so intriguing, though. Five Two is built with help from the massive Food52 community, making for an incredibly thoughtful collection of often ingenious basics. It’s one of my personal favorites, and not just because I get endless compliments on the Five Two pieces I own (like the stackable glassware). The products are really well made, like my Five Two knives, which are some of the sharpest and nicest I’ve used.

Material

It’s hard to find a more truly stylish kitchen brand than Material. While many companies tend to focus on colorful cookware and funky prints, Material is focused on creating the sleekest and chicest version of every kitchen base. (His stunningly beautiful new Forever Peeler is the perfect example.) There are more reasons to buy the brand than its aesthetics, however. Material takes a slower approach to design to ensure it can properly research and manufacture performance-optimized products. My favorite product, the ultra-rugged reBoard, is proof of that. He also donates to organizations at the intersection of food and underserved groups in the United States, and with his community, has donated over $100,000 to date.

Beautiful kitchen utensils

When Drew Barrymore launched her Beautiful Kitchenware line in 2021, she achieved something seemingly impossible: she made the air fryer beautiful. And not only that, but she’s made countless other appliances, including coffee makers, blenders, and toasters, giving each sleek silhouettes and soft pastel colorways. However, perhaps one of the best things about the Barrymore brand is the fact that it is affordable. Available at Walmart, Beautiful products rarely cost more than $100, making them one of the few truly accessible chic kitchen brands.
